In a region where 1 in 10 Virginians grapples with the harsh realities of hunger, the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank extends a helping hand to families navigating the challenges of food and nutrition insecurity.

Here are the top 8 items currently on their most-needed list:

  3. Canned Fruits

  4. Pop-top soups

  5. Sauce

  6. Pasta/Rice

  7. Shelf-stable milk

  8. Hot/Cold Cereal

Donations can be dropped off at the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank facility, conveniently located at 2401 Aluminum Avenue, Hampton, VA 23661. The facility is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
