Nala is the July Shelter Star at Norfolk Animal Care Center!  Nala is just over a year old and was recently surrendered by her family, who could no longer care for her. Nala is friendly with people of all ages, and if you have another pup at home, we recommend a meet and greet to ensure it’s a perfect match.

Thanks to Friends of the Norfolk Animal Care Center, her adoption fee is fully sponsored all month long!

I took her on a NACC Pack Adventure this weekend and she loves car rides (she does need a little help getting into a truck though!). She enjoys sniffing more than walking, but that’s ok! It’s essentially a mental workout for dogs, allowing them to process information and relieve stress. She is a laid-back girl who would make a great addition to any family.
