Eric Church Announces 22-City Free The Machine Tour

Eric Church is gearing up for a powerful return to the road. The country superstar just announced his Free the Machine Tour, a 22-city arena run that kicks off September 12 and promises to bring a bold new chapter of his live performance to fans from coast to coast.

“From front to back, these shows will be different than anything you’ve ever seen or heard from us before,” shared Church in a video message sent directly to Church Choir members. “I cannot wait to see you on the road for this tour.”

Ticket Information

Most dates on the Free the Machine Tour go on sale to the general public next Friday, May 9 at 10 a.m. local time, with tickets for the Philadelphia stop becoming available on May 16. As always, members of the Church Choir fan club will get early access. Premium members can access presale tickets starting Monday, May 5 at 10 a.m. local time. Emails with presale details and access codes will be sent directly to premium members, who can also log in at EricChurch.com or via the official app.

Both non-premium Church Choir members and the general public will still have a shot at early access through a registration-based presale hosted by Seated, which begins Tuesday, May 6 at 10 a.m. local time. Those interested should head to Church’s website and sign up for the desired show.

Continuing his effort to keep tickets out of scalpers’ hands and protest his fans from falling victim, Church has opted to reserve all pit tickets to the Free the Machine Tour for premium Church Choir members. These tickets will only be available for pickup at will call (unless restricted by local laws), and instructions will be sent directly to eligible fans.

Evangeline vs. The Machine Out May 2

The tour announcement comes just days before the release of Eric Church’s upcoming album, Evangeline vs. The Machine, arriving Friday, May 2. Building on his legacy as one of country music’s boldest voices, Church is set to deliver eight tracks, six of which he wrote or co-wrote.

Fans have gotten a preview of the project with the previously released “Darkest Hour,” which was released last fall in support of Hurricane Helene relief efforts, and the lead single, “Hands Of Time.”

Penned by Church with Scooter Carusoe, “Hands of Time” debuted as the most-added song at Country radio and marked a career-best for Church with 135 stations jumping on board in its first week.

Before the fall tour begins, Church will showcase his collection of new songs alongside fan favorites during a series of special high-profile performances this spring and summer, starting with his To Beat The Devil residency at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall on May 16–17.

He will then take over Nashville’s Pinnacle for a sold-out, two-night installment of Evangeline vs. The Machine Live on May 23–24. In July, the North Carolina native is set to make his way west for a once-a-decade experience at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, where fans can expect a unique set each evening across three sold-out shows: Eric Church vs. The Machine; Eric Church vs. The ECB; and Eric Church vs. The Guitar.
