It’s been less than a year since Jon Pardi and his wife, Summer, welcomed their daughter Sienna Grace, officially making them a family of four with their first daughter, Presley, now 2. While they are enjoying the journey and are starting to feel more settled into life with two little ones, the country star admits that his friend and fellow artist Kane Brown is already nudging him to consider baby number three.
When he’s not one the road, life at the Pardi house now consists of tea parties, coloring, and story time. He talked all things fatherhood, in addition to digging into his brand-new album, Honkytonk Hollywood, while co-hosting the Country Countdown USA with Lon Helton.
“They’re 18 months apart. Presley is 2, so she’s always coloring, she loves her books, she likes to have us read to her. She’s a smart little girl,” Pardi told Helton.
In a candid moment during the conversation, the California native noted that Brown has been planting the seed about the couple trying for another baby in an attempt to add a boy into the mix. The “Backseat Driver” singer certainty relate to feeling outnumbered at home as he was a proud girl dad to daughters Kingsley and Kodi before welcoming his first son, Krewe Allen Brown, on June 18, 2024.
Since taking a chance on baby number three led to a boy for Brown, he’s now hoping the same luck will come for Pardi and his family.
“Kane goes, ‘Gotta do the third, it’s gonna be a boy. We were worried. It happened for us.’ I said, ‘There’s no guarantee it’s not gonna be another girl.’ He said, ‘Naw it’s gonna be a boy,” Pardi shared before adding, “We’re just enjoying our two kids now.”
Jon Pardi announced the birth of his first daughter, Presley Fawn Pardi, on February 18, 2023. At the time, he took to social media to share the news using a photo of his little girl wrapped in blankets with the caption, “Our baby girl is here and ready to Pardi haha DAD joke!”
Their second bundle of joy, Sienna Grace, arrived Tuesday, July 16, 2024, thus completing their “Pardi of 4.” Sienna was born at 11:47 am, weighing 6 lbs 12 oz.
Despite his jam-packed artist schedule, Pardi makes sure to carve out special time to spend with his family. However, even when he is working, his mind still seems to be on thinking about how much of a shift his life has seen in the past couple years. Fatherhood has now started to influence his music, showing up in emotional tracks like “She Drives Away” and “He Went to Work,” both of which are featured on his new album HONKYTONK HOLLYWOOD.
Fresh off his run of shows in Australia, Pardi is now on the road again with his 2025 headlining tour. Sharing the name of his latest album, the Honkytonk Hollywood Tour kicked off this past weekend in Lubbock, TX and Las Cruces, NM and continues with stops in 16 arenas and amphitheaters across the U.S. He is joined by Corey Kent and Kassi Ashton on select dates.
