We celebrated an Eagle Easter this Sunday with the gang all gathering at my home for some good food and good company.

 

So for the spread- Jas brought some turkey and rolls (my husband will be eating the leftovers all week!)

Carly outdid herself bringing the Ham, Mac and Cheese and Potatoes

Karen made some delicious Mashed Cauliflower (don’t knock til you’ve tried hers!!)

I made some Green Bean Casserole, Honey Glazed Carrots, Roasted Lemon Garlic Asparagus, a cheese ball shaped like a carrot and some Carrot Cake.

But Cash’s contribution was probably the best. Beer and Doritos.

Seriously we have SO many leftovers…but the Doritos and Beer ALL GONE.  He clearly knows how to arrive at a party.

I’m a kid at heart so I still did an Easter basket and had Easter eggs filled with a little something for everyone.

 

After seeing it on Pinterest, My plan was to get mini liquor bottles to put into jumbo eggs but they didn’t fit. *womp womp* (another Pinterest FAIL when will I ever learn??) so I improvised with some treats for everyone.

Also I apparently fail at taking selfies.  Maybe next time I’ll get both our heads in it, Jas??
