Cody Johnson delivered an incredible cover of The Chicks’ “Traveling Soldier” recently and now we found a video from a few years back of Cody taking on a Chris Stapleton tune.

Written by Chris Stapleton, Tim James, and Kendell Marvel, “Either Way,” was released as the lead single from Stapleton’s 2017 album, From A Room: Volume 1.

Cody isn’t the only other artist to take it on, Lee Ann Womack recorded the song for her 2008 album Call Me Crazy, which one the Grammy for Best Country Solo Performance at the 60th Grammy Awards.
