New parents Luke and Nicole Combs are enjoying every minute with their baby boy, Tex.

Nicole shared an update with followers saying, “wishing I could bottle up these days 🤍 minus this whole no sleep thing.. 😂” along with a sweet photo holding her new bundle of joy.

She also answered followers’ questions including the meaning behind his name.  Nicole shared that “Tex” is Luke’s great uncle’s name and “Lawrence” is her dad’s name.

Nicole revealed that the hardest adjustment has been the lack of sleep and that no matter how much she tried to prepare for his arrival, she still felt underprepared.

The new mom answered more questions like how much he weighed (7 lbs 6 oz), her favorite baby products, and who Tex looks like the most (it depends on the day).

Nicole answered a fan’s question about postpartum depression saying she felt a lot of anxiety the first night they brought Tex home. “Nobody can really prepare you for the feeling of bringing a small human home that you’re entirely responsible for,” she wrote.

Before Tex was born, Nicole told followers she would be keeping her son’s identity private due to “aggressive” and “weird” messages she received on social media.

“We will probably lean to be more on the private side,” Nicole shared. “I’m already protective of him & I get super aggressive and weird messages about him already, which stresses me out. It makes me kind of sad bc, of course, I’m going to want to share him with everyone. Who knows, things may change later on,” she added.
