A star-studded line-up will collaborate on a new song for the movie “80 for Brady.”
Dolly Parton, Belinda Carlisle, Cyndi Lauper, Gloria Estefan and Debbie Harry of Blondie will appear together on “Gonna Be You,” from 80 for Brady, which is due out January 20th.
The track was written by star songwriter Diane Warren for the film, who says “I wanted to write a song that celebrated these women’s deep friendship. Since 80 was in the title I got a crazy idea, why not get some of the most iconic singers from the 80s, who are still amazing and always will be, to all sing it?”
80 for Brady stars Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno and Sally Field as a group of women who take a trip to the 2017 Super Bowl to see their favorite player, Tom Brady, who does appear in the film. 80 for Brady will be in theaters February 3rd.
