Congratulations to 43-year-old Eva Longoria, who gave birth to her first child, a baby boy. She and husband Jose “Pepe” Baston announced their good news on Spanish-language social media. Their son is named Santiago Enrique Baston. He weighed almost 7 pounds. Eva wrote (quote) “We are so grateful for this blessing.”
Big and Rich TV Show In The Works: John Rich and Big Kenny are currently working on a pilot with Mark Wahlberg. Rich tells us he’s hopeful that the show will air this fall. Cowboy Troy – who tours with Big and Rich – will also appear on the reality-based show.
Today’s sexual harassment update:
The sexual harassment case between NICOLE EGGERT and SCOTT BAIO has reportedly been dropped by the LA County District Attorney’s Office because the statute of limitations has expired. In the original case, which was filed in February, Nicole claimed that Scott had sexually abused her “in various ways between the ages of 14 and 17” while she was working on his sitcom, “Charles in Charge” in the 1980s. Scott later denied Nicole’s accusations, claiming that she “seduced him” in a consensual encounter when she was of age.
ARIEL WINTER is not on her way to the altar! The “Modern Family” star’s boyfriend, LEVI MEADEN, was spotted tying her shoe this week, paparazzi cameras caught the moment and rumors began to fly. One online troll questioned if she was too “lazy and self-entitled” to tie her own shoe, so Ariel snapped back that she’d been suffering back pain and her guy was “being incredibly sweet and helping me out.”
