Randy Houser opened up about dealing with social anxiety to fans in a series of tweets
You’ve been on my mind. I don’t say it often enough I’m quite sure. I just feel like I need to say how much you all mean to me. I know I’m not the most accessible artist out there . I don’t spend tons of time making little videos about my life everyday and don’t share enough.

Many times I like to be alone. I have a touch of social anxiety, probably from some things I dealt with as a kid that I haven’t figured out what to do with yet. So, if I seem a little more distant than I should when I’m not on stage I apologize. I don’t mean anything by it.

your energy coming back at me. I always say that I’m only maybe 50 percent of what is happening at that moment. You all paying attention and letting us know you care what we’re trying to do is everything to me and I just wanted to say thank you.

I guess I’m better at letting you guys in on my life in written form or music form than I am on Instagram. I hope that’s ok.
