I guess maybe it brings down the value of neighboring homes?
Why would anyone care what someone else does with their property? Chances are, the person responsible is acting off of the frustration of his neighbors. Or, maybe, the person just really likes emojis?
According to reports, this isn’t the first time the house has had a facelift. After neighbors took the issue to the city council meeting, this was the end result. Maybe they should have kept to themselves.
I would tell the neighbors to quit while they’re ahead. Who knows what the owner will turn it into next if they don’t be quiet.
