Genius! This boy’s Garth Brooks Halloween costume nailed Garth’s signature black & white shirts along with a white cowboy hat. And on top of that he’s WEARING a replica of Knoxville’s Neyland Stadium around his waist. It looks like an inflatable swimming pool that was painted to match.

Well Garth saw costume on social media and loved it so much he invited him to his concert in Knoxville, Tennessee on November 16th.
