DARIUS RUCKER was on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” to talk about the CMA Awards which he will co-host Reba McEntire next week.
He teased that he has something big up his sleeve for the show, “I’m lucky, I get to do something really special with Reba. We’ve got something that we’re really excited about, and no, I can’t tell you.”
He also talked about how the show is handling COVID-19 and breaking from the new normal of virtual award shows.
“All the performers will be there, the nominees will be there . . . everybody will be social distanced and spread out. It’ll be the first time really the country music family has been in one room all year.”
“We’re really excited and just blown away about how the social distancing and how careful everybody’s being.
