Gabby Barrett To Meet Charlie Puth For First Time At CMA Awards

Gabby Barrett will perform her hit “I Hope” during Wednesday’s (Nov. 11th) CMA Awards in Nashville. She will be joined by Charlie Puth, with whom she topped the pop charts with a remake of the song. This will mark their first time performing the song live together.

However, Gabby revealed she’s actually “never met him in person before.”  She said, “hopefully it goes well. I’m having a hard time breathing being in the third trimester and baby just crushing your diaphragm, you know, all good things, and so I don’t know but I’m really excited and I think it’s gonna come together really well.”

Gabby is also nominated for New Artist and Single of the Year for “I Hope” at the CMA Awards, which will air live on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
