This reminds me of the conversation I had with Nick Drummond. Nick and his partner bought some old house in upstate New York and when they began to fix things up, they discovered that someone had hidden prohibition-style booze in the walls of his house. Now there’s this guy, David Whitcomb, who bought a building to expand his law practice. David said when he was looking at the property, he didn’t realize there was a hidden attic in the building, and evidently, neither did the realtor.
