Furry Friday: Cinnamon is Up For Adoption at Chesapeake Animal Services

Cinnamon is a 4-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier Mix who is very affectionate, loves walking, and when she’s had enough head scratches, she likes to do zoomies all over the yard. After playing hard, she naps hard.

Cinnamon loves to be the center of attention and is food motivated. She is picky with other dogs, so any potential adopter with dogs will have to schedule a meet ‘n greet prior to adoption.

Cinnamon came to Chesapeake Animal Services as a stray, so her history is unknown. She has been recently diagnosed with heartworms so her new family will need to discuss a treatment plan with their preferred veterinarian. Despite her illness, Cinnamon is a confident, vibrant dog with plenty of love to give.

Cinnamon is microchipped, dewormed, rabies vaccinated, and will be spayed upon adoption. The total fee for her adoption is $71.

Chesapeake Animal Services is located at 2100 S Military Highway.

Current adoption and visitation hours are: Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat 10am-4pm, Tuesday 12-6pm, Sunday 12-4pm, and closed on Wednesdays and holidays.
