I mean, it looks like it might be a baby dinosaur?

What do you think it is? Don’t tell me it’s someone dressed up running like that. I don’t think so. Clearly, this is some crazy prehistoric creature or some new kind of human-eating bird species. I mean, c’mon, it is Florida, anything is possible. Stop it, I love everyone from Florida.

Evidently, there’s a small raptor on the loose in Palm Coast, Florida. That’s what Christina Ryan saw last week when she was going through her footage. The strange and unusual creature ran across her backyard at 3:40 am.
