Justin will be joined by special military guests as we recognize the true meaning of Memorial Day remembering those that have given so much for our freedom.

Justin will also talk about FISHER HOUSE and how it helps military families as well as our country’s medical first line during Covid-19 Pandemic.

For Justin Moore, honoring our military members, past and present, is a year-round thing.  And this year, as he reflects on the bravery and the selflessness of those who gave their lives for this country, he can’t help but also think of healthcare workers, who were on the frontline of the war against Covid-19 in our country, and how they demonstrated the same selflessness and willingness to put themselves in harm’s way to protect other people.

“To have that inside you, that thing that you’re willing to put your life on the line or at risk because you want to save, help, etc. other people, because that’s more important to you, now that’s very, very special. I wish I had more of that in me.  If we could only bottle that up and give it to everybody, myself included, this world would be a much better place.”

Justin says, there is so much good out there and so much love out there. Having the chance to travel around the country and meet people who do, just extraordinary things on a daily basis, I wish people got to see that more. You know, you look at even the front line healthcare workers over the last year. I mean I’ve got some in my family even. The positions that they’re willing to put themselves in to get us through some unbelievably difficult times is really, really special.”

No matter how you plan to celebrate Memorial Day, Justin is hopeful everyone will take time to remember and honor the brave men and women of our military, and perhaps even our healthcare workers, who paid the ultimate price while helping to defend our country against danger.

Tim McGraw takes over 97.3 The Eagle to host “Tim McGraw and Friends.” Tim will be joined by Thomas Rhett, Brantley Gilbert, Dierks Bentley, Justin Moore, Luke Bryan and others, sharing what Memorial Day means to them.

Tim McGraw is always mindful of how much we owe the men and women of our military, especially those who gave their life defending our freedom and our way of life. “We feel safe and secure with our family because of those guys,” says Tim. “They put their life on the line. They put their families on the back burner because they have to be away while we sit in our comfortable homes and we take our kids to a great school and we drive in our cars to places and we feel safe. They provide that.”

As he and Tyler Hubbard sing about in “Undivided,” Tim hopes that we can all come together this Memorial Day and love one another, and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice not just for some of us, but for all of us.
