The Virginia Beach Public Library’s Kempsville branch had an unusual visitor walk through its front doors last weekend. 

The library posted on its Facebook page that a goose waddled inside on Saturday!  The library shared a photo of a staff member directing the goose in the right direction wondering if the visitor was “coming to check out some Mother Goose books??”

The library noted that the goose appeared to have a possible injury to its leg so Animal Control was called and “all is well again!”
