Since I moved to Virginia Beach a few weeks ago, I’ve been trying to spend as much time at the beach as my schedule allows. It is summer after all! One thing I’ve noticed about the local beaches here is that people really love to bring portable speakers and play their favorite music loudly. I don’t really mind too much… beaches are public places, and there’s always plenty of space so that if certain music is bothering me, I could just move somewhere else on the beach. Or I could bring headphones and listen to my own music! Seems like an easy solution.
