Parker McCollum Shares Wedding Details; Including First Dance Song and Dream Wedding Singer

ACM New Male Artist of the Year, Parker McCollum, is also about to be a newlywed!  The “Pretty Heart” singer will wed his longtime girlfriend Hallie Ray Light at the end of the month.

Don’t expect him to sing at the ceremony though. “It’s my day off,” McCollum joked backstage at the ACM Awards. “I told my fiancee’s dad, I said, ‘Man, it’s my day off. If you wanna write that check, I’ll sing.’ But I don’t think I’m going to.”

People reports that McCollum said he would love to have John Mayer or George Strait sing but “I can’t afford either of them, so they won’t be there.”

Instead, they will dance to George Strait at the ceremony.  The couple have chosen “I Cross My Heart” as their first dance, according to Taste of Country.
