Portsmouth Humane Society Offers 50% Off Adoptions to Celebrate Adopt-A-Shelter-Pet Day

I went out to Portsmouth Humane Society this week where I met Raven who is up for adoption.

She is about 3-years-old and her owner surrendered her when they could no longer care for her.
Raven is spayed, fully vaccinated and house trained. She is good with other dogs and kids and would be a great addition to any family.
Raven is really friendly and SUPER excited to meet everyone but quickly calms down and is happy to just hang out next to you.
I couldn’t leave without visiting the cats and dropping off a few handmade blankets for the feline residents to cuddle up on.

Portsmouth Humane Society is also hosting The 9th Annual Arthur G. Meginley, Jr. Golf Tournament on Friday, May 6th.
Each registration includes a day of golf at the renovated Elizabeth Manor Golf & Country Club, lunch, two drink tickets, two raffle tickets, and a goodie bag.
Proceeds benefit our lifesaving mission. One foursome can feed a shelter dog for an entire year!
