Luke Combs Grants Dying Wish for 22-Year-Old Fan With Congenital Heart Disease

Luke Combs granted the dying wish of a fan battling congenital heart disease.
The 22-year-old fan named Dalton has been given less than 12 months to live and his wish was to meet Luke Combs and attend one of his concerts.
The request was shared by the James Bess Foundation, whose mission is to grant the final wish of adults battling a terminal illness.
In the clip shared on social media, Dalton says his wish is to go to Luke’s concert with his best friend and his best friend’s dad. He says at the show he just wants to meet Luke and take a picture with him. When asked what he would like to do if they can’t make that happen, he replies he wants to go to Dollywood.

The video made its way to Luke Combs who commented, “I got you buddy. We’re gonna make this happen.”
The country singer followed up in a second comment saying he would grant both wishes. He paid for the trip to Dollywood and invited Dalton and his family to his concert last Saturday at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Luke took time out from his pre-show routine to give everyone a backstage tour and delivered on his promise to give Dalton an autographed guitar.
