I went to visit Norfolk Animal Care Center for Furry Friday and met “Katy Cranberry” who is up for adoption.
“Katy Cranberry” was found as a stray and is about 10 years old. Her fur was severely matted when she was brought into Norfolk Animal Care Center and she suffered a bad eye infection. She is feeling better but will be a daily eye drop to help keep her eyes comfortable. The good news is, she is super easygoing and takes the drops well. She is a very friendly girl, content to lay in your lap, and gets along with other dogs.
Norfolk Animal Care Center is stuffed right now and they have waived all adoption fees through November. Stop by and meet some of the many animals up for adoption and ask about taking Katy home
All reunification fees for lost pets are waived as well!
