Norfolk’s NEON District is on the hunt for a mural artist for a big job. The new mural space will be located at Granby Street and Brambleton Avenue, a spot with more than 40,000 cars passing by a day. They’re looking for a mural that is welcoming to all, energetic and exciting.

A $10,000 stipend will be provided for design, materials and time. Interested artists can submit designs HERE through July 23rd!
