Growing up as the eldest of four, his knack for humor kept him out of trouble with his parents. With four daughters, being on the air might just be his only chance to get a word in edgewise!
His journey in radio, from his roots at WTBO in Cumberland, Maryland, to stations in Houston, Baltimore and Seattle, reflects his passion for broadcasting. Settling in Hampton Roads in 2005, he’s made a home in the community in Suffolk.
Off the air, Barry’s love for his red Mustang convertible and his penchant for yard sales with his wife Jill paint a picture of his active lifestyle and love for adventure. Additionally, his talents extend beyond radio, as he lends his voice to various projects, including TBN Worldwide Network, Something Good Radio and KMBZ News Talk.
In the realm of television, Barry’s presence extends to co-hosting gigs on Destination Virginia and Career Hunters TV, showcasing his versatility and engagement with different media platforms.
